Min 2: 10/8 Cal Row

Min 3: 10/8 Cal Bike

(30 minute cap)

(Scaled: Start Calories at 8/6)

(After the first three minutes, add 10 doubles and 1 calorie to the row/bike every round. Once a you cannot finish the required reps for a movement, continue adding for the other movements and you no longer have to do that movement for the remainder of the WOD. You may continue with the 10/8 cal and 30 doubles scheme until all three movements are tapped out.)
