3 Barbell Reverse Lunges 135/95

4 Strict Pull Ups

5 Weighted Sit Ups (DB above chest)

6 Push ups (weighted/banded)

7 Barbell Rows 135/95

8 Goblet Squats 53/35

9 Push Press 135/95

10 Barbell Roll Outs

11 Deadlifts 135/95

12 Burpees

13 Romanian Deadlifts 135/95

Complete each movement in ascending order. Then work back down to 1, adding one movement per round. As follows, 1, then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1, all the way to 13-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. “12 days of Christmas style”.
