every time you stop both partners do 10 Air squats

*800 m plate carry run both partners run together

everytime you switch the plate carriers 10 push ups each (can be added up and done in the gym when you get back)

*100 MB Cleans (20/14)

everytime you switch each partner does 10 burpees

*100 kb swings (53/35)

everytime you switch each partner does 20 sit ups

*80 T2B

everytime you switch each partner does 5 Goblet squats (53/35)
