Final regular WOD before our Storm the Beach Retests  All WOD 5 workouts are finished.  New Tally's will be in tomorrow

Strength:
a) Back squat: 4 x 5+
b) Single leg squat off box: 4 x 5e

Conditioning: 

"Fight Gone Bad"

3 Rounds of 1:00 at each station:

Wall-ball shots (20/14)
Sumo-deadlift high-pulls (75/55)
Box jumps (24/20)
Push Press (75/55)
Row for calories
Rest

Accessory:
1a) Lateral lunge: 3 x 5e
1b) Skater hops: 3 x 10e
1c) Hip extension: 3 x 12 (weighted if possible)
