Conditioning:
"Death by" Thruster (115/75) Scaled (95/65)

*Death by =
Minute 1: 1 Thruster
Minute 2: 2 Thrusters
Minute 3: 3 Thrusters
Etc. until the athlete can no longer complete the designated repititions within the minute.

Accessory:
3 Sets:
a) GHD hip extension x 15 (weighted if possible)
b) Hip circle banded lateral steps x 6e side
c) Hip circle glute bridge x 25
