STORM THE BEACH WOD 2

1 Mile Run this wod will be a floater.  Participants have all week to complete the run.  Run must be completed by Sunday April 24th.  Course must be the box course. Start is touching the stairs run to the 800m mark (last mailbox on the right) back to the stairs twice.  Your end time is when you touch the stairs.  A member must verify your time to have it valid.  Good luck Seasiders
