a) Ring body saw x 10 (slow) OR plank hold x :30-60
b) Side plank x :30-60 (Feet elevated if possible)

Accessory:

a) Hip extension + hold x 10 + :20
b) Bench hollow rock DB pull-through x 12
c) Push-up plank shoulder taps x 20-30 (slow)
