* The goal for today's conditioning is for each individual athlete to choose three movements that are considered a "weaknesses" for them specifically. The athlete should choose a movement, weight, and or rep count that will allow them to complete the work efficiently in :40-:50, leaving :10 for transition. The coaches will be there to strategize so that there aren't any major interference with movements.

Example:
5 Rounds of:
1:00: 20 Double-unders + 20 alternating lunge steps
1:00: 3 Power snatches
1:00: 10 Pull-ups
1:00: Rest
