40 Air squats
20 Power snatches (135/95)
40 Double-unders
20 Over head squats (135/95)

-then-

6 minutes to establish:
3 RM front squat from the ground

Accessory:
3-4 Sets:
a) SL DB box squat x 6e
b) Bent over rear deltoid fly x 15
c) Bear crawl x 100' (50' forward/50' backwards)
-focus on a neutral spine, hands below shoulders, and knees below hips, the entire time.
