You don’t need to be in shape to start CrossFit. If you’re looking at this page, chances are you know someone who has experienced the amazing results of CrossFit.
Your first six months as a beginning Athlete are some of the most memorable experiences of your life. You’ll be introduced to new movements and concepts. You’ll meet some amazing people and develop lasting friendships.
You’ll also challenge yourself like you’ve never done before!
At Seaside we gradually exposed you to CrossFit. We begin with our Fundamentals Courses. At these Courses you’ll be taught the movements in a one to one environment where the coach is here to make sure your safe and moving well.
Once these Courses are complete you’ll move to the Group Class where our coaches will guide you through the movements, set your weights and ensure you are safe and moving at your potential.
