Seaside Crossfit Group Classes are offered Monday through Friday in the morning, noon, and evening and Saturday mornings. Members pay a monthly membership fee and may attend any group class session that fits within their schedule. A Seaside CrossFit coach will instruct all members of the group through mobility drills, a skill-based warm-up, and the Workout of the Day (WOD). Completion of a Basics to Crossfit Series Workshopis a pre-requisite for joining our group classes.


Our CrossFit Basics Workshops are designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our ongoing group CrossFit classes. In this first beginner class, you will be exposed to our movement curriculum in a group format. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. The Basic Workshops meet 3 times a week for 2 consecutive weeks. Please note, if you have pre-existing injuries or are deconditioned, additional private coaching sessions may be required before moving into our fast-paced group classes.


We move our popular Group Class outside during daylight savings time! During the later Spring, Summer and early Fall we love to workout outside when we can.  Enjoy our Daily WOD’s out at the open beach with the added bonus of beach sand, a swim and a picturesque location in the seaside town of Marion, Massachusetts.

CrossFit classes nationwide typically range is approximately $250/month.  Seaside Crossfit Rates are currently at a significant discount while we grow our membership base and transition locations!
