It’s a benchmark female WOD kind of Friday.  These workouts are ones that show up yearly and are great indicators of fitness improvements.  If you don’t have a baseline Cindy tomorrow is the day to record one.  Get your notebook and record your rounds, scaling done and how you felt prior to the workout.
