We dedicate today’s workout to our dear friend and member Luis Contreras. Luis was an amazing person whose smile was contagious. He was extremely generous and giving. Luis was a prominent member of not only our CrossFit community but the South Coast community as a whole. Thank you for joining us today to remember such a kind soul.
