CrossFit Founder Greg Glassman said it best, “nutrition and exercise are twin facets of the same goal or result, which is improved health or fitness.” If we only work one side of the equation and neglect the other, we will not optimize results. There is no easy fix or magic bullet. A short-term diet will only yield short-term results. To experience consistent, long-term progress we need to educate ourselves and view proper nutrition as a lifestyle.
The goal of this program is to provide you with an individualized approach to nutrition. We will address what type of food you should eat, when you should eat, and how much you should consume. This will remove the second-guessing and allow you to place your trust in the process. Additionally, we understand that strict, rigid diets will last only a short time. You can only eat chicken and spinach for so long before you lose your mind! Therefore, this program is designed to be flexible, allowing you to account for cheat foods or meals while simultaneously progressing towards your goals.
